This is the chosen one – the “Photo of the Workshop” from our trip to Scotland with Tom D. Jones and Phase One in October 2019.

We may have had a lot of rain during our Scotland workshop with Tom D. Jones and Phase One – but we also got to take home moody images that perfectly portrait what Scotland is about. Passionate Photographer Steve Kochan took this image while we were exploring the Isle of Skye:

“I soon discovered during my visit to the Isle of Skye that the weather was going to be a force to be reckoned with. My visit to the Fairy Pools was no exception. I made my way up the wet and muddy path to a spot overlooking the pools that provided the dramatic photo shown here. That evening, I warmed my body with some nice Scottish whiskey and took a quick glance at the photos I had shot during the day. Of course, as with any satisfying photographs, the results made braving the elements totally worthwhile!”
