ICELAND — Behind The Scenes

For more than 25 years, we have explored and photographed Iceland-always searching beyond the obvious.

Better Moments was among the early pioneers in bringing aerial photography into our Iceland workshops and in seeking out remote locations far beyond the traditional photographic routes.

This summer, we have taken that philosophy one step further.

We have spent months developing an entirely new itinerary designed to take our guests deeper into Iceland-to wild landscapes, hidden valleys and extraordinary locations that very few photographers ever reach.

To make it possible, we have partnered with one of our long-standing Icelandic drivers and his specially built 4×4 expedition minivan, capable of taking us across demanding terrain and far beyond the limits of an ordinary vehicle.

This will not be another tour of Iceland’s familiar landmarks.

It is about going further. Exploring deeper. And putting ourselves in the places where truly exceptional photographs can happen.
